What is SCC-100%?

SCC-100% is Silver-Clad Copper with 100% IACS overall conductivity. It combines a silver surface layer with a high-conductivity copper core, providing both excellent DC and RF performance.

Why does SCC perform equivalently to pure silver at RF frequencies?

At RF frequencies, the skin effect causes current to flow primarily on the conductor surface. Since SCC has a pure silver surface, it provides the same RF performance as solid silver conductors.
