Our Clad & Weld solid-phase bonding process forms a metallurgical interface at the Cu-Al boundary. Bond integrity is verified per the product control plan through metallographic examination, peel or shear testing and resistance checks. Combined with precision rolling, annealing, slitting and surface treatment, we support PV, new energy, electrical connection, cable and high-end conductor applications.
